Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site contact for health inspector.
• Maintain ServSafe certification as required.
• Complete mandated continuing education per USDA guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and department standards.
• Train and re-educate staff on policies.
• Record and communicate production and inventory data.
• Operate computer systems and manage inventory.
• Ensure safe, accurate food preparation and service.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
