  5. Assist patients in preparing food to eat, including opening containers and gathering items from the pantry, ensuring all necessary items are present on the tray.
  6. Collect dirty trays from nurses' stations and patient rooms, then transport them back to the kitchen.
  7. Answer questions regarding menu items and guest policies. Learn individual patient and customer needs to best satisfy those needs in a friendly, competent manner.

  9. Perform dish room responsibilities, including loading, unloading, and storing all clean items properly.
  10. Perform various kitchen duties, including sanitation, setup, and temperature logging.
  11. Maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times, working efficiently while focusing on patient and task priorities within time constraints.
  12. Collaborate with team members to meet patient and customer needs, participating in proactive communication and problem-solving to ensure high team performance.
