Job summary

Brinker International, based in Coppell near Dallas, seeks a Manager of Nutrition & Product Development to lead nutrition and allergen programs across brands.

The role partners with marketing, culinary and product development to support menu innovation and regulatory compliance. The position is hybrid (3 days in office) with local candidates preferred and sponsorship not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in nutrition analysis or regulatory compliance within foodservice/restaurant sector.
• Experience building/managing nutrition labeling and allergen programs for multi-unit operations.
• Experience partnering with culinary teams and product developers to align with nutrition goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nutrition & Allergen Program Management; Ensure Regulatory Compliance Across Jurisdictions.
• Menu Nutritional Analysis & Database Management.
• Collaborate on Culinary Innovation and Healthy Menu Strategy.
• Support New Product Commercialization.
