In this important role, you’ll be supporting patient care by ensuring our Nutrition Services team has the food, supplies, and inventory needed to operate efficiently.
As a Nutrition Procurement Specialist, you'll manage purchasing from approved suppliers, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and help ensure product quality while supporting a cost-effective operation.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing inventory management, purchasing, and operational support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You’ll collaborate with culinary team members to manage inventory, monitor product usage and weekly inventory turns, support food safety and regulatory compliance, and help reduce waste while contributing to department budget goals and overall operational success.
