Jersey College seeks a Nutrition Instructor – Registered Dietitian to teach in the Nursing Program. The instructor will prepare progress and grade reports, maintain attendance, and evaluate student competence aligned with program goals.

Responsibilities include delivering clinical-level instruction, participating in faculty meetings, and maintaining CE credits. The role requires strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills, with duties assigned by the program director and campus

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian.
• Bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in the teaching discipline from an accredited school.
• Master degree preferred; prior teaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare student progress and grade reports.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance records.
• Evaluate student competence based on program philosophy and objectives.
• Deliver effective lessons at RN or PN level.
• Attend faculty meetings.
• Maintain professional qualifications through continuing education and training.
• Perform other duties as required by the program director or campus administration.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment.
