• Maintain accurate counts of food served and left overs; complete required forms.
• Operate and clean food service equipment.
• Sweep and mop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas.
• Use computer to cashier at meals and count money collected.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare and serve food to students and staff; may serve as cashier. Ensure entrée pans are full and replace them as necessary. Maintains standards of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen and cafeteria.
