Job summary

Advocate Health, serving the Carolinas within the Atrium Health network, seeks a Food & Nutrition staff member in Albemarle, NC. You will transport meals, assemble patient trays, and handle diet office software tasks on a 40-hour schedule.

Shifts run 4:30am–7:30pm with rotating weekends and mandatory holidays. Base tasks include dishroom work, supply delivery, and routine patient support in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

Department 11903 Atrium Health Stanly - Food and Nutrition Status Full time Benefits Eligible Yes Hours Per Week 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information Shifts are from 4:30am - 7:30pm Rotating weekends with weekend being a 12 hour shift. Mandatory Holidays but rotating Pay Range $18.85 - $28.30

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift a maximum of 35 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Pushing 350 pounds on carts up and down ramps. Repetitive motions such as turning, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and twisting. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.

Education, Experience And Certifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must have basic math skills. Must be trainable on the diet office software and hospital information system. Must be able to use the printer, telephone, copier and calculator.
