Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Nutrition Services Assistant to support high quality patient and guest dining. You will take meal orders by telephone, enter requests into the diet office system, and help patients at bedside choose menus while noting dietary preferences and allergies.

This role collaborates with Nutrition Services staff to ensure correct diets are prepared, relays messages to supervisors, and maintains accurate diet records.
