Job Summary: The purpose of the Nutrition Services Aide is to assist in delivering Nutrition Services. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food, setting tables and trays, cleaning, and delivering linens.

Qualifications:

• Current state Food Handler Certificate.
• Preferred experience in food service and equipment usage.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain sanitation and quality standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Clean equipment and complete logs.
• Prepare dining and patient trays.
• Assist in food preparation and serving.
• Perform cleaning tasks and deliver nourishment.
• Maintain safety and report hazards.
• Handle linens and trash.
• Perform floor care and other duties as assigned.
