Job summary

CAPTEK is seeking a Nutrient Technician to follow batch records and prepare nutrient oils for encapsulation. The role requires strict adherence to cGMP and safety SOPs in a facility environment in Vista, CA.

The ideal candidate will be able to read batch records, perform basic math, and assist with QA and sanitation tasks. A high school diploma or GED and basic understanding of the metric system are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of the metric system.
• Ability to read batch records and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, SOPs and cGMP.
• Follow and understand batch records and department procedures.
• Operate scales, pallet jacks and electric drum lifts as required.
• Check raw materials for correct identification and maintain QA hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Assist in daily janitorial duties and maintain clean work areas.
• Wash utensils and equipment before nutrient blending.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as needed.
• Adhere to HACCP and Food Safety guidelines.
