Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher in Stafford, VA to shape the earliest stages of children’s development. You will create a nurturing, age-appropriate classroom and deliver the Celebree infant curriculum with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include guiding daily activities, maintaining a safe, clean learning space, planning timely lessons, completing attendance and reports, and collaborating with families and colleagues to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
