Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency in Gainesville, FL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny to provide safe, age-appropriate care and support infant development in a family home.

You’ll create nurturing daily routines, plan activities, prepare meals, and communicate with parents to meet each child’s needs. Compensation is $18–$20/hour, with weekly Friday pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for infants (newborn experience required).
• Strong understanding of infant development and care routines.
• Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required).
• Background check and clean driving record.
• Non-smoker.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Work Environment & Expectations: In-home care setting.
• May require flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the family’s home.
• Minimal personal phone use while on duty.
