Job summary

The Learning Experience – Glen Mills is seeking an Early Preschool/Prepper Teacher for a 2 ½ - 3 year-old classroom. This full-time or part-time position offers $17-$19 per hour and a supportive team in a modern classroom.

You will help create a safe, engaging learning environment, assist with daily lessons, supervise children, and communicate positively with families. A CDA, ECE coursework, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree is a plus, and state licensing/background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must meet state childcare licensing and background requirements
• Preschool, daycare, childcare, or ECE experience preferred
• CDA or higher education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom
• Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines
• Actively supervise and care for children
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with parents and families
• Work closely with other teachers and center leadership
• Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
