The Learning Experience - Glen Mills is seeking a reliable Toddler Teacher to join our caring team in Glen Mills, PA. You will help create a safe, engaging classroom and support daily lessons, play, meals, and routines.

Location: 43 Doughtery Blvd, Glen Mills, PA 19342

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time

Experience: Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

What You\'ll Do

• Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom
• Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines
• Actively supervise and care for children
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with parents and families
• Work closely with other teachers and center leadership
• Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirement

What We\'re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Positive, energetic, patient, and professional
• Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
• Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
• CDA, ECE coursework, Associate\'s, or Bachelor\'s degree is a plus
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
