Job summary

Limitless Milestones Learning Center is hiring childcare providers to join a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic team in Omaha, NE. Positions available include full-time and part-time roles for individuals who enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and reach their milestones.

You’ll supervise and care for children, plan activities, and support development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of working with children.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.
• Ability to follow center policies and state childcare regulations.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to children in a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and learning experiences.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, nap time, curriculum and transitions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow center policies, procedures, and state childcare regulations.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and coworkers.
• Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
