Within Inpatient Nursing, the Nursing Vice President will provide multi-department oversight across hospital-based nursing operations, supporting consistent standards of care, workforce development, patient flow, quality improvement, and service-line performance. Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Nursing Vice President will receive the resources and partnership needed to guide nursing strategy, operational planning, regulatory readiness, budgeting, staffing, quality outcomes, and patient experience initiatives. The Nursing Vice President will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical leaders, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and healthcare professionals who value mutual respect, clear communication, and a shared commitment to outstanding care.
