The Nurse Director Surgical Services will oversee a comprehensive Surgical Services operation encompassing multiple operating room environments, orthopedic and neurological surgery, women's surgical services, and sterile processing. The Perioperative Services RN Director will lead a high-volume, high-acuity surgical environment with nearly 7,000 surgeries annually, approximately 200 FTEs, and 29 beds, providing an exceptional platform for an experienced perioperative leader to make a measurable impact across a complex continuum of care.

Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Perioperative Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across the surgical services department while partnering closely with nursing leadership, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team. The Nurse Director Operating Room will be responsible for staffing, performance management, budgeting, quality initiatives, resource utilization, contracted services, regulatory compliance, employee development, and operational improvement. This leadership team is supported by knowledgeable nurses and a diverse group of healthcare professionals who value teamwork, professional accountability, respectful communication, and high standards of patient care.
