American Senior Communities is seeking a Unit Manager at Forest Creek Village in Indianapolis. The role leads the nursing team on the unit, overseeing care delivery and staff supervision to ensure high standards for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, maintaining compliance with C.A.R.E. values, and partnering with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Indiana RN/LPN licensure is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license, or ability to obtain Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned unit and supervise licensed nurses.
