Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Georgia is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for the Legacy Building at the Cobb Community. This role requires a current Georgia or multi-state LPN or RN license and prior supervisory experience in long-term care.

The position is 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Equity includes paid holidays, PTO, retirement plans, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in Georgia or multi-state license required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Passion for working with elders; strong leadership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with RN, LPN and CNA partners.
• Proficient documentation; PointClickCare preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
