A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for our Legacy Building in Cobb Community, Marietta, GA. The role requires an active LPN or RN license and at least 2 years in LTC with 1 year in supervision. Typical hours are 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday.

The position emphasizes leadership, team coordination with RN/LPN/CNA staff, strong communication, and excellent documentation in electronic charts. Our nonprofit setting prioritizes elder care and compassionate service.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing
• 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN/LPN/CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting)
