Join our team at Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager. We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually. With a focus on strong clinical leadership, you'll coordinate resident care and lead a dedicated nursing staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care for optimal functioning.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up.
• Assist in policy and procedure development.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with care plans and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
