Job summary

Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Nursing Leader to plan, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care across designated clinical areas 24/7. You’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care and staff performance, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: TNCC, ENPC - TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program only.)
3 years of Professional nursing experience.
2 years of Clinical experience in specific clinical area.

Responsibilities

Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s).
Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum.
