Qualifications

- Experience in Endoscopy, Perioperative Services, Ambulatory Care, or Surgical Services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and oversight of the daily operations of Endoscopy, ACU, and Surgical Home.
- Develops staffing plans based on patient volume, acuity, and schedules; oversees daily staffing assignments.
- Oversees performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development; ensures clear expectations and accountability.
- Promotes orientation and ongoing education for new staff and ensures competency validation.
- Collaborates with physicians and other departments to optimize patient flow and safety.
