Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada seeks a nurse leader to oversee the assigned unit on a 24-hour basis, ensuring patient care meets the highest standard.

You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN and have a valid Nevada RN license, plus BCLS and ACLS certification.

The role joins a six-hospital system focused on quality care, staff development, and professional teamwork within VHS and UHS.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Nevada.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 1–2 years progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24-hour management of the assigned unit to ensure standard of care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the patient population served.
