Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group’s Autumn Care of Norfolk in Norfolk, VA is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality services.

This is a full-time leadership position with Monday–Friday shifts 7:30 am–4:00 pm, occasional weekend coverage, and hourly pay ranging from $40 to $45.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Virginia.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and ensure regulatory compliance.
Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
