Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as assigned and under nurse supervision.
• Communicate observations to the nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform clerical tasks (phone, copier, etc.).
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate competency in listed skills daily.
• Answer call bells and use equipment properly.
