Join Venetian Care and Rehabilitation as a Unit Clerk! This full-time position offers shifts from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm with daily pay.

You'll support high-quality resident care through essential clerical and administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between nursing staff and families. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, one year of experience, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to elderly care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience as a Unit Clerk.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support nursing unit operations.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Assist with communication between nursing staff and families.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence professionally.
• Support scheduling and documentation tracking as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office materials are maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
• Provide general administrative support for efficient workflow.
