Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience as a Unit Clerk or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support nursing unit operations.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Assist with communication between nursing staff, physicians, and families.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Ensure supplies and office materials are maintained for unit use.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
