Job summary

Mercy South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Manager - Throughput to oversee staffing and patient flow in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.

You will work with the Chief Nursing Officer to deliver safe, high-quality care while meeting productivity and cost goals. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, current RN license, 3+ years of nursing experience with leadership experience preferred, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership/management preferred.
• BL, ACLS, PALS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care.
• Oversee staffing and throughput for Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to improve processes and throughput.
