Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager-Nursing Services for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. The role oversees nursing operations in Med Surg and Outpatient areas, ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-efficient care while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, Missouri RN license or compact licensure, and 3+ years in procedural nursing with leadership experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum three years nursing experience in procedural area.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong human relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, cost-efficient care.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and meet productivity/financial goals.
• Collaborate with admin, physicians, and staff to improve processes across the continuum.
