Join our team as a Nursing Team Coordinator (RN), PCU/Telemetry at Haywood Regional Medical Center.

Job Type: Full-Time Night Shift 1900-0730

Department/Unit: 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, caring for patients with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions.

Compensation and Benefits: Commitment Bonus of $15,000 (Day Shift) or $20,000 (Night Shift), shift differentials, access to health and fitness facilities, comprehensive health plans, paid time off, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited RN program, valid North Carolina or Compact State RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months, and preferred 1 year of experience.
