Bronson Healthcare Group seeks a Nursing Talent Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for RNs, LPNs, and other licensed nurses. You will partner with nursing leadership to align hiring priorities with patient care and workforce goals while driving strategic sourcing and selection.

This role emphasizes pipeline development with academic partners, workforce analytics, and compliant, candidate-focused processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Nursing, or related field required; RN license or clinical background strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably healthcare.
• Experience consulting with clinical leaders, nurse managers, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through application, offer, and onboarding stages.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing roles across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty areas.
• Consult with nurse leaders on requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
