Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore is hiring Nursing Support Tech II to join the healthcare team under the supervision of aRegistered Nurse. The NST will assist with delegated patient care and procedures in the acute care setting.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED, completion of a CNA or GNA program, a Maryland CNA license on file, and Healthcare Provider CPR. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Support Tech II participates as a member of the healthcare team in the delivery of high quality patient care. Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, the NST performs delegated patient care, procedures, observes reports, and records patient conditions. The NST assists the healthcare team with specific treatments &/or procedures in the acute care facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a CNA or GNA program.
• Current C.N.A. license on file with the state of Maryland.
• Healthcare Provider level CPR.

USD $18.66/Hr.

Max

USD $30.79/Hr.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
