ACCOLADE HEALTHCARE is seeking an Auxiliary Assistant to support the nursing department by assisting residents and staff and to complete the CNA program within 6 months of hire to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

The role pays $15.00 per hour and includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, paid leave, and more. The position supports a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must complete Accolade CNA Program and test within 6 months of hire.
• Must meet physical requirements as described in Accolade CNA Program Essential Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the CNAs with no direct resident care.
• Answer call lights and assist with visual checks using the AA checklist.
• Help residents in wheelchairs to dining rooms and assist in dining rooms.
• Take meal orders and serve meals; make beds; pass ice water and snacks.
• Ensure rooms are neat, beds are made, and personal items are logged and labeled.
• Follow facility safety policies and participate in Relias Training.
