Regirer Park Health & Rehab Center is seeking an LPN for a nursing leadership role in a skilled facility in the Richmond area. The role focuses on assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification. Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions. Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident’s needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure quality care.
