Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center in Marlborough, CT is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. You will oversee facility operations, staffing, safety, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.

You bring a valid state nursing license, supervisory experience in long-term care, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Rate of Pay

USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
