Job summary

Arden Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team on the 3rd shift. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality resident care according to individualized plans.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with the care team, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has RN or LPN licensure, 3+ years of nursing experience (with 1+ in administration), and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
• At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability.
• Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and quality resident care.
• Staff development & training to equip staff for exceptional care.
• Direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Resident assessments at admission and throughout stay.
• Treatment planning & compliance with resident rights and facility policies.
• Recruit & retain nursing talent for the team.
• Conflict resolution & advocacy for residents and families.
• Drive continuous improvement across the unit and processes.
