Job description

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our specialty hospitals, as the most acute level of care, offer the same critical care patients receive in traditional hospital or ICU, but for an extended recovery period. Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery of chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.

As a Nursing Supervisor / RN, you will:

  1. Oversee hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.
  2. Provide professional guidance, manage disciplinary issues, prepare reports, review staffing and budgets, and coordinate with other departments.
  3. Participate in program development, training, nurse recruitment, and continuing education programs.
  4. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff; assign duties and coordinate nursing services.
  5. Develop nursing protocols and procedures.
  6. Offer continuing education and staff development opportunities.
  7. Assess patient needs, participate in nursing care, and ensure proper documentation.
  8. Maintain patient health records.
  9. Manage supply inventory, order supplies and equipment as needed.
  10. Promote adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Compliance policies, monitor employee performance, and address compliance issues.

Compensation: $32.00 - $58.08 / hour

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Degree from an accredited nursing school.
  2. Additional state-specific requirements.
  3. Valid RN license in the state.
  4. BCLS and ACLS certifications.
  5. At least two years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
  6. One to two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
