Position Overview: Nursing Supervisor / RN

As a Nursing Supervisor / RN, you will:

  1. Oversee hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.
  2. Provide professional guidance, manage disciplinary issues, prepare reports, review staffing and budget needs, and coordinate with other hospital departments.
  3. Participate in program development, nurse recruitment, and continuing education programs.
  4. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff; assign duties and coordinate nursing services.
  5. Contribute to developing nursing protocols and procedures.
  6. Offer continuing education and staff development opportunities.
  7. Assess patient needs, participate in nursing care, and ensure proper documentation.
  8. Maintain patient health records.
  9. Manage supply inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  10. Promote adherence to the company's Code of Business Conduct and Compliance policies by monitoring performance and addressing compliance issues.
Additional Benefits and Requirements

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Salary Range: $45.90 - $57.07

Qualifications
Education
  • Degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Additional state-specific requirements as applicable.
Certification
  • Valid RN license in the state.
  • BCLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience
  • At least two years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
  • One to two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
