What You'll Do

RN Weekend Supervisor for 8pm-8am Every Other Sunday

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. Your responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation
• Collaborating on care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Conducting assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
• Mentoring, training, and supporting nursing staff
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
