The role reports to the VP of Nursing and requires NYS RN licensure and a BSN. A Master’s degree is preferred, with 2–5 years of clinical leadership experience in acute care environments. The position emphasizes staff development, fiscal accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the Hospital.
• Be accountable for the fiscal and operational aspects of the Hospital.
• Has responsibility for meeting regulatory agency requirements.
• Be responsible for the standard of practice utilized on the patient care areas.
• Act as the Administrator on duty for the Hospital in the absence of the President or Vice President.
• Report to the Vice President/Assistant Vice President of Nursing.
