Job summary

Regency House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wallingford, CT is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekends (7am-7pm). You will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, staffing, care plan development, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations. We offer growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

RN Supervisor Baylor Shift- Weekends 7am-7pm

What You’ll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
