Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
BSN preferred, but not required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing or equivalent.
Long Term Acute Care, rehabilitation nursing, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate patient care across nursing units.
Problem solve and ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on performance and behavior.
Interpret, implement and enforce hospital policies.
Make nursing administrative decisions in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, if applicable.

Requirements

Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides
