Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient medical-surgical unit in Massachusetts. You will deliver, direct, and supervise care using the nursing process, coordinate discharge planning, and participate in interdisciplinary planning.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state or compact licensure, BLS and ACLS approvals within 90 days, and has a willingness to support charge nurse duties if needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
• Current BLS certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
• Evidence of ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment
• Current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
