Job summary

Maple View, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift in Rocky Hill, CT.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care, oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in a supportive environment that values kindness and excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license is required.
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
