Position: RN Weekend Supervisor - 8am to 8pm

What You'll Do

Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
