We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical team in a busy Family Medicine Office serving patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing leadership skills, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of Clinical Assistants to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care for all patients. Oversee daily clinical operations, including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Provide direct patient care as needed, including clinical assessments, patient education, care coordination, and support for procedures. Ensure competency and ongoing training for all clinical staff, supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of practice. Facilitate effective communication among providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to promote seamless patient care and a positive work environment. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and uphold compliance with organizational policies and state/federal regulations.
Address patient concerns and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve patient experience and patient care outcomes.
Qualifications: Active RN or LPN license (required); additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) preferred. Candidates with healthcare experience and strong leadership skills will be considered in lieu of the specified requirements. Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in a Family Medicine or Primary Care setting preferred. Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
