Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas seeks a Nursing Operating Room Supervisor to lead a skilled team delivering safe, compassionate surgical care.

You will oversee OR operations, promote evidence-based practices, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality initiatives within a high-volume department. The role requires RN certification, BSN-level understanding, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
