Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for a nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in compliance with federal/state regulations.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR certification and be able to communicate in English.
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff while observing safety and sanitary techniques.
- Scheduling hours as required by the position; must not pose a direct health threat.
- At least two years of LTC experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
