Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff according to policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control.
